Michael is Irish and has 10 years’ experience in the Middle East where he has successfully delivered projects across various countries and sectors including infrastructure, healthcare, oil and gas, data centres and commercial developments including the iconic Bahrain World Trade Centre. After several successful projects in a Project Manager and Project Director role Michael took over as regional Construction Director for Mercury MENA and was instrumental in breaking into the UAE market and the delivery of Mercury’s first projects in Abu Dhabi
Country Manager, Cambodia
Ngorn Saing has been CEO of RMA Cambodia since December, 2014. Saing joined RMA Cambodia as an intern in 1996 and progressed rapidly through the organization thereafter, holding senior positions in accounting and finance. Saing was appointed Deputy Country Manager and CFO of RMA Cambodia in 2007. Saing has helped grow the business and supported its diversification from a primarily Automotive and Power Generation business, into serving the needs of customers in Cambodia. Saing is a graduate of the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, with a degree in Economics and an MBA in International Business, from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He was also the first Cambodian national to attend the Harvard Business School General Management Program.
Human Resources General Manager
Renato is Brazilian and joined Comin in 2014. He is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over twenty five years of extensive and growing experience with proven track record achieved in leading multinational companies. Successful management of senior assignments and challenging projects in Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Pacific regions in companies like Unilever, Vale SA and Siemens.
Keith Gardner has been the CFO of Comin Asia since July, 2018. Prior to joining Comin, Keith spent 3 years as Group CFO at Chip Mong Group, one of the country’s largest family owned groups with businesses ranging from property development to the manufacturing and distribution of building materials. Keith also brought with him over 30 years’ experience in senior financial roles in Asia and Europe with both listed multinational and family owned groups. He has spent most of his career in the Automotive sector with Inchcape, a dealer group representing brands including JLR and Toyota, and Lei Shing Hong a dealer for Mercedes Benz and distributor for Caterpillar heavy equipment. Keith holds Bachelor degree in Business & Accounting from Edinburgh University. He also attended Leadership Course in Columbia University with International Management Course from Ashridge.

His profesional experience includes: Process Engineer, Telemecanique France (1989), European Technical Support Engineer and European Marketing Engineer Texas Instruments France (1990-1991), Consultant, CAPSA Conseil France (1992), Company Consultant, PC Warehouse France (1992-1994), Sales and Project Manager, CENES Engineering and Trading Vietnam (1994-1996), Chief Representative Ho Chi Minh City Office (since 1996), Director-Chief of Ho Chi Minh City Branch Office (since 1998).
