After several successful projects in a Project Manager and Project Director role Michael took over as regional Construction Director for Mercury MENA and was instrumental in breaking into the UAE market and the delivery of Mercury’s first projects in Abu Dhabi

  • Ngorn Saing

    Country Manager, Cambodia

    Ngorn Saing has been CEO of RMA Cambodia since December, 2014. Saing joined RMA Cambodia as an intern in 1996 and progressed rapidly through the organization thereafter, holding senior positions in accounting and finance. Saing was appointed Deputy Country Manager and CFO of RMA Cambodia in 2007. Saing has helped grow the business and supported its diversification from a primarily Automotive and Power Generation business, into serving the needs of customers in Cambodia. Saing is a graduate of the Royal University of Law and Economics in Phnom Penh, with a degree in Economics and an MBA in International Business, from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He was also the first Cambodian national to attend the Harvard Business School General Management Program.

    Country Manager, Laos

    Simon Hirst was appointed Country Manager Laos in October 2016. Simon brings a wealth of RMA and external experience to the role. He joined RMA in July 2010 after an extensive career in the Oil and Gas business. A UK national, Simon has worked extensively overseas in the UK, Thailand, US, Denmark and Korea. Simon graduated from Reading University, UK with a BA (Hons) in History & International Relations.

    Country Manager, Myanmar

    Chris Manley joined RMA Group in 2009 as Head of Business Development in Bangkok after working at Accenture, Johnson & Johnson and DFDL. In 2011, he held the position of Group Country Manager for RMA Laos and was assigned Group Country Manager at RMA Myanmar at the end of 2015. Chris graduated with an MBA and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina and is conversant in both Thai and Lao. He is currently a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce, Myanmar.

    Frederic was born in 1966, France. He is a French citizen. His education includes: A-Level in Natural Science and Physics (Nice, France -1984), Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Physics (Nice, France – 1987), Master Degree in Automation and Numerical Control (Nancy, France – 1989), Post-Graduate Diploma in CIM and Industrial Automation (Nancy, France – 1990), Post-Graduate Diploma in Business and Administration (Nice, France – 1991). His profesional experience includes: Process Engineer, Telemecanique France (1989), European Technical Support Engineer and European Marketing Engineer Texas Instruments France (1990-1991), Consultant, CAPSA Conseil France (1992), Company Consultant, PC Warehouse France (1992-1994), Sales and Project Manager, CENES Engineering and Trading Vietnam (1994-1996), Chief Representative Ho Chi Minh City Office (since 1996), Director-Chief of Ho Chi Minh City Branch Office (since 1998).

He is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over twenty five years of extensive and growing experience with proven track record achieved in leading multinational companies. Successful management of senior assignments and challenging projects in Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Pacific regions in companies like Unilever, Vale SA and Siemens.
