  • Dominique CATRY

    Group Managing Director

    Born in 1941, Mr Catry obtained a Master in Electrical Engineering HEI (France) in 1964 and a MBA at IPA University of Lille France) in 1965. He taught Physics in Phnom Penh for 2 years before joining Comin Khmere in 1967 as Design Section Manager and later Technical Dept Manager. In 1970, Mr Catry left Cambodia to work successively as General Manager at Comin Tech, as Vice-President of Environmental Control International Company, (Tokyo, Japan), Vice President (1973-78); Merlin Gerin (Group Schneider Electric, France), Director for Asia (Singapore based) (1979-1991); Comin Asia (Singapore) and Comin Khmere (Cambodia), majority shareholder and Chairman since 1992. Mr Catry has been Counselor for French Foreign Trade since 1996 as well as Adviser to Phnom Penh Chamber of Commerce since 1999. He has also been Chairman of the French-Cambodian Chamber of Commerce from 2000 to 2002. Today Mr Catry is Chairman of Eurocham in Cambodia.

  • Denis ASTGEN

    Country Director – Cambodia

    Denis was born in 1969. He is a French and Cambodian citizen. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (1991 Mulhouse-France). Denis has been successively: Automation Project Engineer – Clemessy (France, 1991), Project Manager – Electrical Switchboards Manufacturing (1992-95, France), Contracting Division Manager – Comin Khmere (since 1995), Director (since 2006), Managing Director (since Jan 2010).

  • Frantz VAGANAY

    Country Director – Vietnam

    Frantz was born in 1970 in France. He is a French citizen. His educational background includes  education in France (Lycée Claude Lebois, St Chamond), Master in International Marketing and Management IDRAC France (1993), Master of Art in applied European studies, Fachhochschule Mainz Germany and South Bank University of London (1994). Frantz held successively the following positions: French Teacher at “Mission d’Assistance Militaire” in Phnom Penh during National service (1995), Trading manager of Comin Khmere Co. Ltd (since 1997), Manager of the French-Cambodian Chamber of Commerce (2001-2002), Marketing Director of Comin Khmere Co., Ltd (since 2006) and since January 2010 Mr Vaganay is Country director for Vietnam.

  • Frédéric BIGORRE

    Deputy Country Director – Vietnam

    Frederic was born in 1966, France. He is a French citizen. His education includes: A-Level in Natural Science and Physics (Nice, France -1984), Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Physics (Nice, France – 1987), Master Degree in Automation and Numerical Control (Nancy, France – 1989), Post-Graduate Diploma in CIM and Industrial Automation (Nancy, France – 1990), Post-Graduate Diploma in Business and Administration (Nice, France – 1991). His profesional experience includes: Process Engineer, Telemecanique France (1989), European Technical Support Engineer and European Marketing Engineer Texas Instruments France (1990-1991), Consultant, CAPSA Conseil France (1992), Company Consultant, PC Warehouse France (1992-1994), Sales and Project Manager, CENES Engineering and Trading Vietnam (1994-1996), Chief Representative Ho Chi Minh City Office (since 1996), Director-Chief of Ho Chi Minh City Branch Office (since 1998).

  • Nicolas MALGOUYRES

    General Manager – Thailand

    Nicolas was born in 1978. He is a French citizen. He holds a Bachelor in Electrical & Automation (2001, Toulouse/France) and a Master in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (2005, Paris/France). Nicolas has been successively: Project Supervisor & Manager – Comin Vietnam Ltd (2002-2004), Service Engineer – CIAT (2004-2005, Paris/France), Deputy Director of the Services & Maintenance Division – Comin Khmere (2005-2007), Project Manager – Comin Khmere (2008-2009), Project Manager – Comin Thai (2009-2010), General Manager – Comin Thai Engineering Solutions (since 2011).

  • Alain BOLDRINI

    Contracting Country Manager – Vietnam

    Born in 1973, France. He is a French citizen. Alain holds a Bachelor of Science in Electricity and Automation (1993 Aix-Marseilles, France); Master Degree in Electricity and Automation (1995 Aix-Marseilles, France); Engineering Degree – Ecole Superieure d’Ingenieurs de Marseille (1997 France); He started working as a Design Engineer for Electricite de France. With a sound experience as Maintenance and Services Manager for Groupe SNEF (Oil and Gas industries in France) and as Business Development Manager for ELIRIS SA (Vietnam and France), he finally joined Comin Asia in 2007 and he was first our Mechanical and Electrical Contracting HCMC Branch Manager and, since November 2012, our Contracting Country Manager.

  • NGUYEN Thi Thu Huyen

    CFO – Cambodia & Vietnam

    Miss Nguyen obtained Master of Accounting – Swinburne University of Technology and has since accomplished a strong CFO experience in multinational companies. She’s spent 8 years with Coca Cola Beverages Limited Vietnam and 6 years as CFO for ABB Vietnam. Miss Nguyen now has a group CFO position for which she covers Comin Asia in Vietnam and Cambodia.

  • Barry SPEIRS

    HR Manager – Cambodia & Vietnam

    Born in 1962, Mr. Speirs obtained a Master in Personnel & Development, in England, in 1993. Barry has worked in HR for over 20 years in many countries including UK, USA, South Asia and Middle East. Most of his career has been with Castrol and BP where he held a number of HR Director positions and worked in areas of Learning & Development and Employee Relations. His most recent position was with PwC in Talent Development for Eastern Europe, and he moved to Phnom Penh in May to join Comin as HR Manager for Cambodia & Vietnam.

  • Clement BIASSE

    Marketing Manager Vietnam & Group Communications Manager

    Born in 1982, France, Clement graduated from Nancy Graduate Business School in 2006 with a Master in Marketing in hands. He now has a solid experience in sales and marketing positions in developing countries across South America and Asia, and he fluently speaks french, spanish and english. Clement arrived in Vietnam in 2007, he was detached from the french embassy to manage the hanoi branch of the french chamber of commerce and industry. Clement joined Comin Asia in early 2009 as Business Development Manager, he is now Marketing Manager for Vietnam and heads Communications activities of Comin Asia and its affiliated brands across the region.
