Originally founded in 1960 in Cambodia as Comin Khmere and incorporated in Singapore in 1992 COMIN ASIA has become a reputed electro-mechanical EPC operating in Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar
In 2006, COMIN ASIA entered into a cooperation agreement with PCS International to provide Total Facilities Management services in Cambodia. Given the success of the cooperation, COMIN ASIA and PCS International formed a joint venture in 2011.
PCS International is part of OCS Group headquartered in the UK and provide Total Facility Management Services across the globe.

Ivan Keogh has been the CEO for Comin Asia since 2022. Ivan is an Irish national and holds a BE (Civil) from University College Dublin.
Ivan’s career in Asia began in 1995 in Vietnam and has since included living and working in The Philippines, The UAE, India, Thailand and Cambodia leading Feasibility Study, Design, Engineering and Project Management teams in a wide variety of major transport, water and energy infrastructure and commercial, retail and industrial built environment programs.
Ivan is based in Cambodia at the Comin Asia Head Office in Phnom Penh.
Pauline Jacquet has been the General Manager for Regional Procurement & Logistics Operations for Comin Asia since 2020. She began working for Comin Asia as a marketing trainee in 2006, and was appointed Brand Manager in 2008, and then became a Trading Division Manager in 2010.
Pauline transferred to RMA Myanmar in 2015 as Mandalay Branch Manager and was in charge of developing RMA activities in Northern Myanmar. She was later appointed as RMA General Manager for Infrastructure in Myanmar in 2016 and returned to Comin Asia in 2019.
Pauline is a French national and has been with the company for a total of 16 years.
Kelvin Leong joined Comin Asia as CFO in 2022, beside oversees the overall finance function of all Comin’s entities in the SEA region, he is also involved in strategy and capability building for Comin. Kelvin is a CPA Australia with extensive experience supporting and leading multinational companies’ financial operations across the Asia Pacific. Kelvin’s most recent role was with a world leader of industrial services provider in oil and gas sector, which he led the finance operation in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Brunei, and Papua New Guinea. Originally from Malaysia.
Jacquard has been working with Comin Asia since 2007. He has been deployed within the RMA Group in Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Cambodia and has held various leadership positions. He is now the National Service Manager for Comin Khmere, based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Before joining Comin Khmere, he worked for more than twenty-five years in France and Africa as an engineer and university professor.
Parallel to his work, Jacquard wrote many technical books and publications translated into several languages.
He is a French national and holds an Engineering Diploma, a Master Degree in Energy from University of Paris and University Professor Diploma. Patrick is currently based in Cambodia at the Comin Asia Head Office in Phnom Penh.
Yvan was appointed the General Manager of Comin Asia in Laos in 2018. He joined the company in 2013 as it was setting up operations in Laos as a Business Development Manager. Since then he has been instrumental in guiding the business through a sustained period growth with the backing of a highly skilled and talented workforce.
Prior to joining Comin, Yvan spent four years based in Vientiane as the Head of the Electrical Department of SBL, distributors of building and electrical material representing leading worldwide brands such as Legrand, Schneider and Sika. Yvan holds a Master I Degree in Sales Engineering from ESTA Belfort and a Master II in International Business from IDRAC Lyon. He is a Board Member of the Eurocham in Laos and Council Member of the French Business Group in Laos.
Cenon is the Contracting Division Manager for Comin Khmere based in Phnom Penh. He is a licensed Electrical Engineer with more than 20 years’ experience in the field of MEP contracting.
Cenon began his career at Comin Asia over ten years ago as a senior site planner, regional project controls manager a continuing to his previous role as contracting division manager. He has co-authored several procedural changes within the company, and he is tasked to digitalize and streamline the division on top of the current management of the division.
Before joining Comin, he gained valuable working experience in the Middle East at various multi-national companies. Cenon is a Philippines national.
Seng has been a Trading Division Manager since 2021. He Joined Comin Khmere in 2003 as a Junior Sales Engineer and developed to the role of Senior Sales Manager in 2020. He holds a Master Degree from the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok, with a major in Micro-Electronics.
Seng has acquired many years of years’ work experience in the field of elevator and escalator servicing, IPBX and Industrial UPS systems engineering.
Arjun has more than 16 years’ experience in T&D, Electric Mobility, and the Renewable and Energy Storage sector.
Arjun was instrumental in leading top T&D business in India, the UK as well as Africa where he was the leader for the cross-country electricity connection project.
Arjun completed Master of Business Administration (Operation Management) from The Institute of Management and Technology in Ghaziabad, India. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Biju Patanaik Technical University in Odisha, India, and a diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Sopha is a clean energy specialist for Comin Asia. A Cambodian national, he joined Comin Khmere in 2015 as a senior designer for solar PV System team within the clean energy division. He became Senior Project Manager in 2022.
Sopha has worked on many large projects such as C&I solar PV projects for Coca Cola 2.6MW, ISI steel factory 1MWP, CMIC 9.7MWP, Laurelton 1.6MWP, OJITEX factory 1MWP, Sixplus 1MWP, & Mengda 1.69MWP. Sopha is based at the Comin Asia Head Office in Phnom Penh and spends most of his time on site with clients.
Neil is the Steam System Specialist and joined Comin Asia in 2022 to build a new Steam System team within the service division. Neil has been a resident of Cambodia for the past nine years, having worked on Steam Systems across Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Comin Khmere, Neil, a British national, was the Country Manager for one of the world’s largest steam solutions companies.
Neil is based at the Comin Asia Head Office in Phnom Penh and he spends most of his time on site supporting clients with all their steam requirements.
Ms. Sarith Sath has been the Human Resources Manager of Comin Khmere since 2018.
With experience over 15 years in Human Resources Management she is responsible for all HR function elements including recruitment, pay and benefits, employee relations, Policy provision and learning & development. She has worked in a number of organizations as a HR Professional including industry residential, ultrasound, life sciences and clinical diagnostic equipment and consumables, real estate, furniture and Automotive. She is also elected as a CAMINCA BOD Member for the period 2021- 2023.
She has a MBA from the Western University and a bachelor degree in Accounting from the Norton University. She successfully and satisfactorily completed various professional development courses to ensure her knowledge and competencies are up to date.
Ms. Soun Vansydaneth (OSH_ERWM in JAPAN “Specialties: Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment”)
Ms. SOUN Vansydaneth has been just resumed or rejoined to work in Comin Khmere since 2019 as the Regional HSEQ Manager and she has been promoted for the additional of overall responsibility for Quality Management compliments the significant work in 2022 she has already achieved in the business.
With experience over 15 years in Health Safety and Environment Management she is responsible for all Safety/HSEQ function elements including carry out the daily operations of the HSEQ department and also contribute towards an effective Health, Safety, and Environmental plus quality management by rendering technical support etc. She has worked in a number of companies as a HSE Professional for construction site and also for food safety, beverage and hygiene.
With high distinction, Ms. Soun Vansydaneth successfully graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Management System (SETEC University) in 2004. Apart from working experiences, she has been conducting various training workshops on different topics related to Safety/HSE. Furthermore, she has attended an international training workshops abroad—OSH Management System in Tokyo, Japan and Diploma international training by Australian Trainer on Work Health and Safety. She successfully and satisfactorily completed various professional development courses to ensure her knowledge and competencies are up to date.
