Project Objective: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning, Build the first bird flu Biosafety Level 3 laboratory (BSL3) in South East Asia to conduct surveillance on emerging infectious risks and research on H5N1 avian influenza in order to provide an indoor environment strictly controlled with the required cleanliness, temperature, relative humidity, airflow pattern, pressurization, and noise

Scope of works:

Low Voltage switchboards, data cabling works   Building Management System

  • HVAC

Air cooled chiller with built-in hydraulic equipment

Air handling unit with free wheel fan, high efficiency particulate air filtration & sound attenuator  

Exhaust air fan for corrosive environment  

Run around system (energy saving with heat recovery)

  • Process Piping  

Cold water, compressed air, carbon dioxide CO2, formaldehyde solution

  • Communication and Security Systems

PABX, Alarm system
