Project Objective: Supply, Installation and Testing & Commissioning of complete M&E works.

Scope of works:

• Electrical:

Supply and Install All Electrical Works: Cable, Conduit, MDB, DB, Grounding, Lighting Fixtures, Wiring Devices.

• Mechanical:

Supply and Install All Mechanical Works: Copper Pipe and Insulation Pipe for VRF Air-con System with Ducting and Insulation-Supplied & Return Grilles, Ducting System for Exhaust Air & Fresh Air with its Motor and Grilles, Testing & Commissioning, Training and Handing over document to client.

• Firefighting System:

Supply and Install All Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Works: Fire Fighting Pipes, Fire Hose Reel with Cabinet, Fire Pumps; and Fire Alarm Cable, Conduit, Smoke Detectors, Sounders, Bells, Fire Alarm Control Panel.

• Plumbing:

Supply and Install All Plumbing Works: HDPE Pipe, PPR Pipe, PVC Pipe, Booster Pumps, Submersible Pumps, Sewage and Waste System, Swimming Pools and Pond System, Fire Fighting System, and LPG System.

• Telecommunications, Security and ELV:

Supply and Install All ELV Works: ELV Cables, Fiber Optic, Conduit, Data-Access Point, Data Switches, Rack, Patch Panel, PABX for Telephone System, Telephone Set, CCTV, NVR, Speaker, Amplifier, Microphone, SMATV.
