The Peak Residences is a top-class mixed-use development comprising 55 Storeys in height with restaurants, shops, offices, residences, and the prestigious Shangri-La Hotel.
Comin joined to develop the building with KONE lift and successfully installed 10 Elevators (SMonoSpace), 1 Elevator (NMonoSpace), and 20 Elevators (MiniSpace), with an elevator travel maximum of 213.8m and a Speed of 5m/s. We also installed 17 Escalators (TravelMaster) with monitoring solutions (E-Link) to monitor the system.
