Project Objective: Supply, Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of M&E works
Scope of works:
LV, Electrical System: Gnerator 630kVA, Sub- Panel Boards, Cable Containment (HDG. cable tray/trunking, uPVC/EMT& fittings), Main/Sub Power Cables, and Wiring Devices.
ELV, Electrical System: Fire Alarm Control Panel, Smoke/Heat Detector, Cable containment, Fire rated cable; RACK, data switch, cable containment, telephone /data cables; CCTV, Access Control Equipment, and Intrusion.
HVAC System: 4 Groups of VRF equipment, Air Conditioning VRF System (TOSHIBA), Cassette FCU, PAU, Exhaust/Fresh Air Fans, Refrigerant Pipe w/ Insulation, ducting with Insulation, Grilles, and Louvers.
Fire Hose Reel System: 1 No. Fire Hose Reel Control Panels, Black Steep Pipe, Valves, Fire Extinguishers, Hose Reel Cabinets and Fire Department Connection
Cold Water Supply Pipe & Valves, Booster Pump, & Sanitary drainage piping
