Power distribution System: MV Switchgear and transformers (1600KVA x 2 sets) with generators back-up (1660 kVA x 2 units)
Water Supply System: Hot & Cold Water (LPG)
Irrigation System
Swimming Pool System (50 M)
Waste Water Treatment Plant: 45.50 M3
