Scope of works:
Supply and Install of MVAC system, Chiller to supply aircon for whole building, ducted type with heating function, Venti-lation and exhaust system, piping works, duct work, diffuser, Grilles, Registers and 2 units Elevator
Supply and Installation of MV and LV distribution line, Generator 500kVA, LV Panels and distribution, LV cabling, electrical for MVAC, UPS.
Underground cold water piping system, hose bibs, PVC Soil Water piping system, floor clean out, floor drains, PVC waste water piping system, ventilation piping system, valves, flow switch, hot water system.
Supply and Installation of Fire Hose Reels, Fire Hose Reel pump, Fire Extinguisher.
Supply and installation of addressable Siemens fire alarm system with control panel, detectors, manual call point, sounders and cabling.
Supply and installation of CCTV system, access control, and public address system.
