Project Objective: To complete in only 6 weeks, the installation of security systems, main electricity supply with a precise control of temperature and hydrometry for a 800 sqm warehouse for equipment storage.
Scope of works:
Re-enforced concrete work – foundation for all technical equipment and technical building structure Re-habilitation with steel structure beams (20m span) for 800sqm area without any column, to support 2 layer-gypsum ceiling with insulation and technical equipment above.
Waterproofing on concrete surfaces of roofs.
Walls, ceiling, floors, doors, windows work with insulation on the 3,500sqm office area
Raised floor for data centre, Finishing and architectural work (paint, tiles, office curtains)
