Project Objective: Supply, Installation,Testing and Commissioning of Mechanical & Electrical System, Construction & handing-over of the new Australian Embassy to DFAT

Scope of works: 

  • Electrical Works

1 gensets 330kVA (Stand-by), 2 x 10,000 liters underground fuel tank storage with fuel supply system MDB C/W capacitor bank and sub-panels, conduits, cable trays, cables & under-ground distribution with manholes, socket outlets, skirting ducts, Indoor & outdoor lighting Earthing & lightning protection system

  • HVAC

Air Conditioning & VRV system with heat recovery, centralized I-touch controller, split-system Toilet exhaust & pump room ventilation Dehumidifier, grills, diffuser & damper, piping & duct works

  • Communication and Security Systems

TFire alarm system, IP CCTV system, access control, intrusion alarm Rack & data outlet, MATV, voice transfer, intercom, HIL (Hearing Induction Loop)
