Scope of Works
Supply and install VRF system including Split units in office areas and Ducted Fan Coil units in corridor and common areas with ducts, grills, copper and drain pipes
Supply and install Supply fresh air fans and exhaust fans including decoration ceiling mounted fans
Supply and install 24KV feeder from EDL pole to transformer room including underground Medium voltage cabling, termination, 1 x LBS, surge arrestors
Supply and install 1 x 1000KVA – FR3 Oil – Transformer
Supply and Install Main switch Boards and control panels including synchronization panel for 2 generators 500KVA (generator supplied by others)
Supply and install complete Low voltage trays, conduits, cabling and wiring for electrical and mechanical systems
Supply and install wiring devices/receptacles
Supply and install Internal and external lighting fixtures
Supply and install Earthing and lightning protection system
Supply and install the fire alarm system
Supply and install mechanical and electrical Building Management System
Supply and install Hot & cold water system including pumps FRP tanks, Valves PPR and HDPE piping
Supply and install sewer and rain water system including submersible pumps & piping
Supply and install Irrigation system including pumps FRP tanks, Valves. Taps PPR and HDPE piping
Supply and install Fire Fighting system including pumps FRP tanks, Valves Galvanized piping
