Project Objective: Supply, Design, Installation, Testing and Commissioning and Maintenance
Scope of Works:
Power Transformer (1000KVA), Generator sets 600KVA and 400KVA, MSB, Capacitor Banks, MDB, DB, Main Cables, Cables, Power Sockets, Lightings and Structures, Switches and Power Isolators, Power to Fuel System, Grounding System, and Lightning Protection; as well as Design, Selection, and As-built Drawing. All systems are followed Industrial Standard.
Air-conditioning System, Exhaust and Fresh Air System namely: VRF Air-con System (LG Brand), Inverter Single Split Air-con, Exhaust Fans System for Production Area and Kitchen-Kitchen also provided Fresh Air System. All systems are followed Industrial Standard.
Plumbing System, Soil and Waste System, and Car Shower Test System namely: Cold Water Pumps-Booster Pumps with control panel, Cool Water Piping System, Water Storage Tank (40m3), Submersible Pumps-with control panels for Waste Water System, Septic Tanks, and Soil and Waste Systems, and Car Shower Test System-with pumps-control- and its system.
Fire Pumps- Diesel Pumps and Jockey Pumps, Safety Devices for Fire Pumps, Fire Fighting Piping Systems, Hose Reel Cabinet and Fire Extinguisher. Fire Alarm Panel, Fire Alarm Cabling System, Smoke and Heat Detectors, Manual Call Point, Bell.
PA (Public Announcement, Access Control, Data & Wifi, and CCTV System namely: Amplifier and Speakers-Ceiling Speakers & Horn Speaker and its cabling system which linked to Fire Alarm (FA) System for Safety & Evacuation System, Access Control-its controller, cabling system & devices like: push button-break glass-magnetic lock, which also linked to FA System; Switches for Data – Wifi -Access Points and Cabling System; Switches for CCTV, CCTV Fish Eyes, and its Cabling System.
Control and Monitor for Lighting Control, Air-conditioning, Exhaust Fans, Pumps (status monitoring), Water Level, Genset (Start/Stop), and Monitor on ELV equipment: Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, CCTV, PA, and Access Control.
